Date Problem

I have a select statement and I want to display all the records in a datagrid when a date is selected from the datacombo box, I want all the records to be pulled corresspondingly.Please do help me with that

"Select * from tbl_test_emps where app_send_date = '" & Format(DataCombo1.Text, MM / DD / YYY) & "'"
