DBF->SQL and SQL -> DBF

Dear all,

I want to make program using vb .
The input is DBF file, SQL server (text: Server Name)
the process is importing dbf file (input file) to sql server name (server input)
I usually using wizard from sql enterprise. Is using DTS.Application is the one solution? example?

anybody can help me?
