DHTML project

Hi guys,

I made a project in visual basick DHTML. I have 5-6 html pages in the project. The pages have command button on it and they work the way the spose to.
However when I move these pages to a server on a unix machine, and i try to open up the pages from a different machine, the command buttons don't work. I am using command buttons to go from one page to another.
I am not sure if I need to move just the pages from my machine to the server or if I need some .dll to make the pages work on the server.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Arun

Hi Doug,

I thought the only thing running on the server would be the html pages and the dll file and not the vb project.

Thanks,
Arun

Doug, thanks for ur help.

Its acctualy not even working on a window's operating system. It workes if I compile the project file on a particular window's machine, then the pages and the command buttons on them are working. But If I compile on one machine and then move the dll and the pages on a different machine, the command buttons don't work.
Now I am only working with window's OS.

need some help...

Thanks,
Arun

Did you install the components on the target machine and register them?

Search around for tutorials on COM and ActiveX and regsvr32 and VB installers.
