I don't think there's a premade component. Either you'll have to do it yourself with activeX or dll, or embed it into your program (which is ugly).

Hmm, im not sure how to do that EXACT graph, but you could use an Excel OLE component. Or you could find a sweedish WhoIs service and find out the guys email and contact him. lol
