Dont' know how to Manage DB with VBA
 Here in my work we use Oracle Databases and I'd like to develop some appswith VBA/Office 2000. The problem is that I haven't ever worked with databasesand don't know a thing of them. What should I learn to manage DB from VBA, especially Oracle ones?.

First you should find an article on database basics, try using google. What do you mean by OLE database? OLEDB is a communication protocol used between programs and dbms systems.
