Dropdownlist from 2 fields

can anyone pls kindly assists me on how do i display 2 different columns in one dropdownlists ? thanks a million!! regards, karenlim |

Unless you're using Access VBA you'll need to obtain some 3rd party multicolumn combo control, or go through a lot of coding to overlay listboxes over your one column combo. There are some example codes at www.mvps.org
