Enable Priveledges and Permissions

Please I need a software or script to help me restore all admin permissions to the current user(administrator). i installed some kind of timer software on my system since then i cant check my control panel items, i cant edit registry, and i cant kill some applications and threads. can you get me a script please or a program or a know-how-..anything please...
