Enumurate WIndows / Auto Close window

I have a little problem here. I have a window that pops up every few seconds. I click ok and it goes away. But it pops up every few seconds.

I have heard that I can:
Check for Enum Windows (active Windows) get the list....
Do something with the Child Windows
Search for a specific window
and send it an OK Button Click

This should eliminate the need for me to click the button.
Does anyone out there understand this better and or have an example that I can reference?

Can I search for the window.title or window.name?

Please help...

THanks in advance.....
