Need help, using vb6 Sp5, access XP, excell XP.

Have to get data from access into vb and from vb into excell. Want to create charts from the data I have in vb. Excell charts must be part of vb program and not open in a new excell window or program.

Can you help?

Re: excell, access, vbHelp

One way charts can be viewed on a vb app is:

Referencing the excel libraries so as you can use the Export Method for excel charts.
(The export method generates gif files)
The you can use the gif files on your vb app.

Hope this helps.

If you need more help on your app or you need i develop it, just email me to fhunth@hotmail.com
