Arrow Flexgrid Resizing

Hi everyone,

I'd like to find out if there is any way for me to design a VB form in such a way that when the user chooses to maximize the form size (enlarge it), the hierarchical flexgrid in the form also gets maximized (its size adjusted and enlarged properly also) at the same time.

The user finds that it is very troublesome for them to keep scrolling up and down for viewing the data in the hierarchical flexgrid (currently of a fixed sixe).

I'm not sure how to go about with this..

Thanks very much for any help at all!
