How do I stop this loop?

I can't really describe this so i'll have to attach the program.
As you can see when running the program, when the bee flys out of the boundary, there is a message box and the program is supposed to restart and the bee stops moving. Why won't it stop??? It's gone crazy!

Thanks.

Ben.

P.S The file was virus scanned before I put it on here but as always you should scan it yourselves to make sure.
