how to add submenu in system menu like winzip8.1

i want to add sub menu to windows explorer right click menu
(when right clicked on any folder or file) like winzip8.1 does
(shown in attachement : untilteld.jpg)

On the menu creation you have left and right arrows. when creating a menu. you have effectivly a submenu. so pree the arrow again and you have a submenu of that menu. it will display like this

......&Program
&Edit
...&Undo
