Insert Multiple records from Web Form

I am using Dreamweaver to create most of my VBscript. I do tinker with it but am not a programmer. I need to know if there is an easy way to write some sort of loop that will allow a multiple record insert off of one form.

The web form allows multiple people at a company to register for a seminar. There is a box for company name and 10 boxes for employee name, plus boxes for name of seminar and date. The form is easier for the end-user to fill out, but more work on my part.

I want to be able to take each employee name along with the seminar name and date and add it as a separate record into my database. Dreamweaver does everything on a one record basis. So it wants to enter all the boxes on my form into one database record, whereas I want 10 records.

Can someone help me write this code or point me to a web page that might have a good portion already written?

Thanks.

It currently doesn't do anything. It's just HTML at this point. Thanks.
