List of tables in Access DB

I have an app that allows me to browse to a database, click on a button, and create an active connection with that database.

I now need to be able to have another button that allows the use to browse the tables, and queries within that database so that they may select the table they wish.

I've searched high and low, and havn't found exactly what I'm looking for. Could some please help me find a solution?
