Microsoft Jet Error

Please Help I have been tryng resolved this issue for days now.

The error is as follows:

Additional information: The 'Microsoft.Jet.OLDB.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.

I have updated all SDK's and MDACS 2.7. I have also manually registered ODBCJT32.dll using regsrv32

I have even set a system data source to point specifically the database Im trying to access. I am extremly
new to programming as well as VB.NET. Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated
