Need a spreadsheet in vb 2005

I am trying to create a program in VB 2005 express. I am just being the object orient portion. I have placed in a tab control and now I want to insert an excel worksheet into the tab control.

What I am doing is trying to convert an excel program that I created into a friendly app that does not require excel to work.

However I would like to keep the look and feel and coding properties of the excel program just in a stand alone app.

Can anyone help me complete this. Again, I would like to insert a excel worksheet or even a workbook into a tab control sheet in VB 2005 Express.
