Opening a CDROM DRIVE File

Anyone can help me in Working with VB,
How to open a file in CDROM drive not using a CDrom Drive Letter since all computers has different drive letters in their CDROM? Please help. thanks.

Does anyone has source code that can create and input data to a file like Notepad files using Visual Basic Programming.

I dont know the answer to your CDROM question off the top of my head, I will have a quick look if I have time. In the meantime check out this thread:

which demonstrates how to export data to Microsoft Word or to a text file which may be opened with notepad.
