Plz help to get rid from Deployment error

I have made a LAN based software in vb6.0 , when i run its setup on other machines like 98, 2000 professional,xp etc.
It gives the following error
" Setup cannot continue bcoz some files are out of date on your system. click ok if you would like to update these files for you now. you will need to restart windows before you can run setup again. click cancel to exit setup withou updating system files."

Even i restart the windows it again gives this error message.

But on windows 98, if i install vb 6.0 runtime files and dcom98, it wont give the error it runs.And on XP also after installing vb 6.0 runtime it works.

But on 2000 professional it 's not working,even after installing the same.When i run its exe it's also working but don't know thw problem with setup.

I have tried to made the setup in xp and 98 also.



In this software the database is kept at the server, and this application is run on all clients.

I shall be very thankful to you, if u can help me to solute this.
