Problem in Date/Time

Hi,
I have a problem here,i developed an application in VB which reads the mails from my server through my outlook express,sp if anyone sends a mail to me,my application will read the mail from Outlook express and then does some activities,

Now what i need is,people are sending mails from anywhere in the world,but my application is running in INDIA.When someone sends a mail say from US,rather than taking up the senders' date/time it reads the receivers' date/time,or i want to catch up the senders' date/time from outlook express.

it is very very urgent,Can anyone help me out here?
