Programmer needed for large project

Needed a Programmer to work on the following with our Project Manager-

Project Overview: Multi-lingual, dynamic content, Flash Presentation.

The project is to build a Flash presentation toolset that will allow users to create their own sets of content for a dynamic Flash presentation. The goal to provide a template in Flash, with a well designed interface, that will utilize xml data for content and links.

The project includes

- Developing a Flash presentation template that will utilize XML for dynamic content/links to content
- VB/.NET tools for XML editing & file management
- Allow users to create and save their own content sets
- Allow users to "ZIP" up their content sets for distribution to other Presentation users.
- The tools must support all languages (unicode fonts). - Presentation must support Flash-based content filters based on a category selection made by the viewers (up to 10)

Dynamic content will include Menus, links, images, PDFs, text copy, videos links, and other linked media.

Flash Designer Experience:
Expert Actionscript experience needed, with a focus on the Strings panel use (for multilingual support). XML experience required.
Flash Design experience required.
Good communication skills, and the ability to stay within project schedule.

Note: Flash Developer will be working together with a VB & .Net specialist.

VB & .Net Programmer experience:
Build an windows application interface for users to edit XML data files.
Build in feature to dynamically create image thumbnails of PDFs added
Build a one click function to Zip up all presentation content for delivery on distribution
Build an xml file based on the languages/content sets in use.

Top Priority: Everything must be user-friendly and straight-forward.
