Radio Button Search Form

Can someone please tell me what is wrong with this code? I keep getting an: Expeted 'Then' Error.

seem like you might also have a typo, shouldn't Valu be Value

Wait a second! That radio button search isn't even mine!

I never even thought of using a radio button search form, but someone is using my nick to submit it.
