Registry with VB

I have been assigned the task of improving some VB code. I am more familiar with C++ but I will have to make the transition.

One of the tasks I have been assigned is to allow for a [save] and [restore] feature. In other words, I will need the ability to read and write some settings to and from the system registry. I have done this in c++. Any suggestions how to do this in VB?

Change of plans. Now they want the information read and written to a file. So I am starting this thread of conversation: http://forums.aspfree.com/visual-ba...html#post292908
