iirc, the nt4 resource kit had some kind of remote execute program, perhaps it's still around.

HI
just wondering, cause I'm very new to VB. I'm creating an application for a small office. It is working fine on MY computer. What do I have to do to get it on the others in the office? Do I install vb on them? We are on a LAN. I didn't know it was going to be a problem.....kristin |

hi kristin,
your program will work great if others have vb in thei system. if not, make a setup program for your application. you can easily do that using the packaging and deploying tool in the start-programs-visual studio (in default) menu. it creats a package of all the supporting files needed by your application. all the best. shinu |
