Send email from desktop
Does anyone have any code that will let me open an app off my desktop
that lets me type a to: address, a subject: and a body? I want to send emails off my desktop, and get a sent message Thanks in advance

Your first step will be to determine what email component and server you'll use.
cdonts and/or cdosys is installed in W2k/XP/2003 search at www.mvps.org for some sample code.
