Can someone point me to the right direction on how vb.net could input information on fields on a webpage and then click submit? here's the website

http://www.eritesting.com/q/perception.dll?login=ERI

i am trying to develop a program that will shield the user from seeing the actual log in page of the site and just go directly to the main page (after log in). the user will not know the actual username/password. we will provide them with our local username/password and have that local user/pass coincide with the actual user/pass with my program's authentication module. this is to restrict the user from using the account outside of the review facility.

thanks for any comments/inputs/help
