Set picture formatted for crystal reporting

Hi ..
I need help. I have tried hunting for the solutions but failed.

I have to load specific picture on the Crystal Report 9.0 as per each employee.

I'm using VB 6.0 and SQL server 2005. I have designed the report but I'm tried to assign the picture that is stored at an other folder to the report but failed.

I think my explanation of my problem is not very clear. sorry abt that.

I have create a report using Crystal Report 9.0. In the report, there are 2 picture objects.

when I run my VB, i wish to call for 2 pictures that I selected from the a shared folder to be upload for the picture objects in the Crystal report. I wish to call and assign the picture to the picture object programmatically instead of just uploading directly in the Crystal Report 9.0. Reason is because the pictures may change according to user selection.

I ever think of storing the images in the database but I dunno why I just can't store directly to the SQL server 2005 database.
