Unicode and Search in Visual Basic 6

I am makeing a Dictionary(unicode), please could somebody help me how to read and write Unicode in Vb. And how could i import a Excel (here as a Database) to search from Vb.

u should use the excel object

Dim WordObj As excel.Application

make a reference to the excel object

and work on a specific worksheet
