VB Excel

Hi

I want to use a macro in excel to search a specific value in a column and then copy the row containing that value to another sheet.
I was wondering if someone could please help me, even if I can only get a sort of "skeleton" code to start with.

Is there a way to compare values in one sheet with another to see if they occur in both???

Please help me!!! I need to solve this ASAP!
