VB6 install error

VB6 install error

I wrote this program in vb6. I then tried to install it on a different computer. The install goes as planed. But after install, when i try to open the program, it opens a Turbo Tax install which looks for the Turbo Tax CD. And yes the computer does have turbo tax on it. But i am at a loss. plz help
