Vba Help Required

If anyone is able to help it would be very much appreciated!!!

I need to write code to rank a list of numbers.

I.e if i select Columb 2 and run this macro it will write a rank next to the value say in columb 3.

I have an exam in the coming days and require to know how to do such code.
