Billing Currency: A barrier to adoption of SaaS applications?

Hi, was wondering if anyone has any insight in relation to whether currency might be an important factor to take-up of an SaaS application. I see that URL Removed bills in multiple currencies and wonder if they vary their monthly rate to international customers (assuming their base currency is USD)... If anyone has experience or would like to share insight it would be much appreciated.
