CSS ? rotating images???

I feel very comfortable creating table, tr, and td, and so on. But, my boss wants me to create a CSS for our website. I don't know CSS. What is your recommendation book to read? What are best resource websites to read?

my boss asked me how to make graphic images changes in every 10 seconds in CSS (basically, they want the graphic image changes very 10 seconds and also if we refresh the page or click on the other links... the other image shows (rotating). How do we do that in CSS?

what is the diff between - position: relative and absolute; and when should we use relative and absolute.

Thanks so much for your help.

Hi

Start here for CSS:

http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp

Image rotation would be achieved with client- or server-side programming, examples of which can be found on Google:
