<DIV> Tag And Dropdown Box

I have a <DIV> which will be hidden by default. On clicking a button I make it to visible.. I also have some dropdown boxes in the parent window.. When I am making the <DIV> to visible I could see the <DIV> but the dropdown boxes floating on <DIV>.. How do i send the dropdown boxes behind he <DIV>.. Textboxes and all other things are not giving any trouble... Kindly help me..

ah yes, this is a flaw in Internet Explorer. Similar issues have been posted on this forum a couple times recently. You can see those for a more detailed explanation if they still exist. Basically, you can't get this to work the way you want in Internet Explorer... which is why I never ever use IE. It's something you'll have to live with unfortunately until Microsoft fixes IE which will be.... never.
