Html Element Coordinate

I want to show an menu in the on the control right side, aligned to top.. I mean the left-top corner of menu must be the same with right-top corner of element
How can I find the right-top of current element?

Your post doesn't make any sense.

"show an menu in the on the control right side" <-- WTH!?

Elements don't have "co-ordinates" unless they're positioned. I don't believe there's a way to get their "actual" position in the page when they're "flowed".

You can do this with CSS pretty easily. You might have to re-structure your current layout but here is something for conceptual purposes: http://www.inknoise.com/experimental/layoutomatic.php

To answer your question, there is no way to get the coordinates of the top-right of your "current element."
