Is it possible to change the title bar color?

Not the scroll bar, but the title bar, at the very top of the browser.
Thank you.

Theoretically....

With a little VBS or ActiveX control.... edit the registry settings referring to the current theme....

Of course, it will only work in IE3-6 (non-SP2) and cause massive security breeches!

But hey! You can't be a Microsoft technology user and care about security!

You can't do this in your webpage's code. Only on your own desktop. May I know why you want to do this?
