javascript form validation

where can i dl a full javascript form validation script that validates empty, numeric (eg: zip, phone) and email, checkbox etc.

Seeming as JavaScript includes references to form objects, you'd have to rip an entire page.

Don't be so naive as to assume that someone else has already done ALL the work you need to.

Get your head down and learn ECMAScript and the W3C-DOM first, and then you won't need to ask these questions no-one is going to answer in the first place.

I am not sure what you mean, but if you want to display records from a mysql database in your website, yes, its more than possible, thats why we have ASP

ASP is far from dead.
A technology is kept alive by the number of users using it, and ASP is still more widely used then ASP.NET, either out of necessity, training costs, time constraints for application conversions, time contraints to become proficient enough at .NET to actually be able to convert/write an application, unwillingness to move forward to a new technology and the standard answer, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
ASP will be around for many more years.
