Login Page

Im going to use a phpbb3 forum however im going to integrate it and my website with shibboleth what i am looking for is a login page written in php for creating accounts and managing them all I need is username, public nickname, password, and email address and demograpic information...also im using an ubuntu server so it has to work with postgress anyone with a script for a page like this or if you know where i can download one that does all the above please help...demographic information isnt a must i could use a page that doesnt collect it but i would prefer to...the login script isn't going to be used the Identity provider will do the login...

it doesnt really need to be written in php but its gotta work with postgress and shibboleth..
