Can someone tell me how I can startcthe programe using a wizard?
Mine starts with a blank page.

From the Task Pane menu, under "New From Template," choose any of the options.

That's only for FrontPage 2003 (and AFAIK 2002) not 2000, or Express (the latter you don't really see around much).
