Pop-up/new window - what size?

Hi All,

I've developing a demo in Flash/HTML. Wondering what is the current standard for pop-up window size?

I notice some sites still stick with optimising for 800x600 for popups. This site has a range of users (so has to be fairly conservative) but I can't find any recommendations for pop-up window size (using JavaScript to determine initial size).

Any links, articles or references to this?
