Submit file form?????

Can anyone please help me? I need a script where visitors can go to my contact page and send a file to me. I want them to send their cvs. Is there anyway of doing this? Is there a script out there.

Please advise. Your help is much appreciated.

what you need it called "Upload".

in case your server support ASP you can use something called "ASP upload" -
