Navigation part looks terible in IE7. pls help me

any one help me to sort out this design issue. this site http://www.megasupport.net is coming well in mozila. but when i see in IE7 then the navigation part looks totally different.

can anybody tell me why this happen.???

This probably isn't relevant but I know that one cause of problems in IE7 is the use of valign. As far as I know you cannot use valign="center", the equivalent in IE7 is valign="middle". I viewed the source of your page and found a valign="center", not sure if that is causing your problems.
