Web Development for a 52 inc LCD display

I am going to be doing web development for a 52" lcd running 1920x1080. This site will only be displayed on this monitor, so I would like to utilize the entire screen.

what would be the best way for designing, creating and testing this on my pc running a 20" monitor? I will be developing this on my local machine so I wont be able to test it on the big 52" until im done.

Thanks
