You can restore it from your Windows CD.

First lets verify you do not have Paint:
- Click 'Start'
- Click 'Run'
- In the open field type 'pbrush'
- Click 'OK'

If Paint does not load then it's not installed......

Then you would need to do as follows:
- Click 'Start'
- Click 'Settings'
- Click 'Control Panel'
- Double click 'Add or Remove Programs'
- Click Add/Remove Windows Components' to the left
- Highlight 'Accessories and Utilities'
- Click the 'Details' button
- Highlight 'Accessories'
- Click the 'Details' button
- Scroll down and check the box next to 'Paint'
- Click 'OK'
- Click 'OK'
- Click 'Next'
- Finish

Now if Paint was already checked I would:
- Uncheck it'
- Click 'OK'
- Click 'OK'
- Click 'Next'
- Finish

Then start this from the top again and re-install it
