Add domain group to local administrator group

Hi all, I was wondering I am trying to run a batch which will added a domain group to the local administrator group on all the pc's. The users don't have rights to added groups unless they are administrator. I have done lots of research but I still have no luck in creating a batch or of some way of doing this.

so far I tried to create a batch which did the runas command and I tried to read a text file with a password but that doenst work either. Any suggestions let me know
