Backing Up Files

Hello all I was wondering is there a way to back up 3 folders of files while keeping the folders in tact. If you use winzip it takes all the files out of the folder and keeps it all in one instead of 3 different folders.

I've never had that problem with winzip, it takes all the folders I have and simply puts them inside of another folder. It never has taken the files out of my folders and put them all together in a single folder. Check the programs settings and see if all is alright.
