Boot Windows 98se from external HD
Hi guys new to this site, hope there is some help out there, I have a program called system commander 9 which assists with dual boot processes. However I would like some advice or instruction on how to do it myself.

I have XP home on my laptop all runs fine however im a retro game freak and have alot of old win98se platform games I want to play, is it possible to install win98se to my external hd, which I will partition to 25gb max and fat 32 and then when i boot my pc I can either boot xp as normal on my Lappy, or if i want some retro time, boot win98se from my external HD then I wont have config problems or crash my laptop hopefully anyway any assistance with this post would be helpful thanks .

I believe this may be possible, but you must first check that your BIOS supports booting from external or USB device.
