Can a workstation / server be a member of more than 1 domain?
Hi,
The thread title pretty much sums it up... Can a workstation / server be a member of more than 1 domain? Thanks!

Yes.
Well actually, I'd have my doubts about the server, especially if it is configured as a DC/BDC, but the workstation most definately can. Last edited by q97 : December 3rd, 2006 at 06:23 PM. |

Ah cool. Cheers.
I dont actaully need to do it, I was just wondering out of curiosity. How would you go about doing it on a Windows XP workstation. From what I can see you can only specify one domain. Do you have to use some kind of a hack? |

No, no hack, you can do it through hardware profiles. You copy the current profile, and set up the networking to be a member of one domain in one profile, and the other domain in the other profile.
