Cannot Load 'Shortdir' paths with ~

Hi Guys,

I have an issue on one my my terminal servers.

The following is a short version of the path folder;

C:\DOCUME~1

And this should open the following folder;

C:\Documents and Settings

On one of my terminal servers this works on the other it does not is there a fix for this???
