Configuring DNS in Windows 2000 Advanced Server

Hello -

I have recently upgraded my DSL service to T1 speeds and leased a block of IP addresses. I registered one of my IP addresses as a domain host for one of my domains. I also pointed 2 of my domains to the host server that I registered. When I go directly to my host sever (ns1.servername.com) I can access my default web site, and when I go to ns1.servername.com/domain1 I can load the web site that I created for the first domain I pointed to my server. However, when I try http://domain1.com, I get a page not found. I verified with the domain registrar that the whois of domain1 is ns1.servername.com and ns2.servername.com but the name does not resolve to the correct virtual directoy on my server. I feel like I am so close to solving this problem, but I can't figure this out.
Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!

Your DNS server setting problem.
ns1.servername.com and ns2.servername.com can visit your webpage, this is because that 2
DNS point to your IP.
If you want http://domain1.com can point to your page, maybe the ns1.servername.com can
change to do domain1.com, but i no try it before.
You also can built a DNS server yourself in your win2k server. Then in your win2k DNS
server you can point ns1.servername.com to domain1.com.
