Details of boot procedure to detect plug and play devices
How does windows identifies the plug and play devices connected to it at time of booting?
Is there any way to reinitiate the detection process if windows fails to detect the hardware? I am facing problem in the detection of cameras connected to the firewire port. Rahul |

You can force your computer to re-detect PNP hardware by scanning for hardware changes in Device Manager.
